It took countless hours and experiments to find the correct temperatures and heat cycles to properly bond our proprietary fiberoptic adhesives. 

Each piece requires dozens of steps to obtain the mirror like reflective finish. 

It takes approximately 40 hours just to create a "canvas". These blanks are waiting to be machined and have their electronics embedded. 

All of our mounting hardware is custom made for each application.

This may be slightly out of context but there are hundreds of fiber optic strands in each piece. If one piece breaks after the last heat cycle the entire piece is discarded. 

Each piece has a series of specially developed light drivers and electronics to achieve the desired effects.
